New Turn5 HQ Opens in Chester County

Heather Diemer - Monday, January 08, 2018

What an exciting turnout for the debut of the new Turn5 headquarters in Tredyffrin Township, Chester County – a major milestone for this after market online specialized auto parts seller. The e-commerce company opened their new facility along with help from Governor Tom Wolf.

About the project:

    • New, 90,000 sf headquarters complete with collaborative indoor/outdoor work spaces
    • State-of-the-art video studio

    • Product development lab
    • Two-lane bowling alley

    • Digital golf simulator
    • Shipping container coffee bar with on-site barista

Our work:

Nave Newell provided site/civil engineering services for a parking lot expansion for the new facility, which was formerly a distribution center located at 600 Cedar Hollow Road. Engineering services included:

  • Floodplain analysis
  • Design and grading/stormwater permit from Tredyffrin Township (Special Protection Watershed)
  • Upgraded lighting plan
  • ADA accessibility evaluation and upgrades

Congratulations to Turn5 and the entire project team!
