Penn Medicine Southern Chester County, Penn Township, Chester County, PA


Penn Medicine Southern Chester County is a multi-story, 72,000 sf state-of-the-art outpatient services center and medical office building located on 45 acres at the intersection of Route 1 and Route 796, strategically located in a fast growing area of Chester County. This building serves as the southernmost satellite location for Penn Medicine's Chester County Hospital. Penn Medicine Southern Chester County was named Best New Development, Medical Office Building and Other Outpatient Facilities, in the 50,000 to 99,999 square feet category at the 2016 Healthcare Real Estate Insights Awards. 

Site improvements for this $23 million project included 500 parking spaces, a boulevard entrance with a significant landscape buffer and stormwater management facilities.  The project also required offsite roadway improvements to the Route 1 off-ramp, Route 796 and design to widen Woodview Road.  Much of the parcel remains open space. All approvals were obtained and construction began in April 2014. The building opened 100% leased in June 2015 and is managed by Anchor Health Properties.


Patient First Neighborhood Medical Centers, Various Locations, PA

Looking to expand their presence into Southeastern PA,  Patient First selected a preferred developer for multiple urgent and primary care centers in the area. Nave Newell has worked closely with the developer on new locations in Abington, Devon, Montgomeryville and Pottstown. We are currently taking projects through land development for two other locations in Collegeville and Downingtown.


Fresenius Medical Care Centers, PA & NJ

Working with the developer, Nave Newell has provided various land development  services for new dialysis medical facilities in Chestnut Hill,  Northeast Philadelphia, Pottstown and  Sharon Hill, PA and  Cape May, Deptford and Swedesboro, NJ.  A typical development  includes site design, grading, drainage, stormwater management,  landscape, lighting and obtaining all municipal and third party  approvals and permits.                  

Excalibur Medical Center, Washington Township, Gloucester County, NJ

Excalibur Medical Imaging was growing and desired a new  medical complex in Washington Township, NJ. Nave Newell provided land  development services for the 50,000 sf complex, including a 30,000 sf  headquarters and a 20,000 sf medical office.

To accommodate the new facility, the site required design for a 1,000 lineal foot of sewer sanitary main extension and a water main extension. Additionally, Nave Newell obtained County and Municipal approval for the site plan and a subdivision. Extensive coordination was required with multiple parties including the property owner, the developer, a neighboring developer and the township for a shared private roadway, utilities and site access. Site signage was coordinated with client’s architect for a collaborative design.
