Nave Newell was established by Greg Newell in 1992 and built on the foundation of listening to and understanding clients, establishing long term relationships and providing extraordinary customer service; while along the way, attracting and mentoring other professionals ready to live up to the same standards.

Twenty-five years later, many employees have been with us for well over a decade and have grown personally and professionally with the company.  At Nave Newell, we understand that our people are our most valuable asset and taking care of them and their families allows us to take better care of our clients and their needs. 

We are a team of talented, committed, energetic people who are motivated by challenges and success.  We have respect for each other and pride in our company. The coaching environment that we have fostered over the years helps each of us develop our technical and managerial skills and grow both individually and as a team.    We encourage an entrepreneurial spirit in our employees and have open communication about the company vision, strategy and financials to empower each employee and differentiate Nave Newell from other firms.
