A founding principal of Nave Newell, Steve has nearly 25 years of experience in engineering and construction. Mr. Nave has designed, managed and overseen various complex projects including bridges, residential subdivisions, manufacturing/warehousing facilities and retail centers. He has taken most projects through the entire land development process from site selection to construction. Several recognized projects include Upland Square, a 106 acre, 688,000 sf retail power center in Pennsylvania and Odessa National, a site master plan for a community composed of 750 single-family estate homes, carriage homes and town homes interspersed around an 18 hole, professional golf course in Delaware. Steve is well-regarded for his successful track record providing expert testimony for many clients. |

A founding principal of Nave Newell, Greg has nearly 25 years of experience in civil engineering. Mr. Newell has strong working relationships with many local attorneys and expertise at facilitating the township approval and permitting processes for land development. He has designed, managed and overseen various complex projects including commercial offices, schools and campuses, residential subdivisions, recreational facilities and retail centers. Greg also has a thorough understanding of the new NPDES guidelines and has made a personal commitment to be a leader in the industry to bridge the gap between the goals of the DEP, while also maintaining economic sense for developers. His knowledge of the guidelines and his relationships with local and state agencies has gained him respect within the industry. |

Paul E. Lepard, Jr., RLA, ASLA The director of operations for our King of Prussia office and principal of Nave Newell, Paul is a registered landscape architect with more than 17 years experience in land planning and landscape architecture, zoning and land development approvals. Paul joined the firm in 1998 as a project manager, he later earned the title of director of land planning and landscape architecture services. Paul was the one responsible for establishing this department and positioning it as a value added service to our clients. Paul oversees land planning, engineering, surveying and landscape architecture services in King of Prussia, ensures both offices are working together to meet our clients needs and strengthen current and pursue new client relationships. |

The director of operations for our Mount Laurel office and principal of Nave Newell, Sam is a professional engineer and planner and has over 10 years experience in real estate development and construction related services. Sam joined the firm in 1996 as a staff engineer. Within a few short years he earned the title of Project Manager and in 2002 became director of civil engineering services. After contributing to the success on the New Jersey office which included new client development, partnerships with key consultants and expansion of the technical staff, Sam was promoted to principal/director of operations. Sam currently oversees engineering, surveying and land planning services in New Jersey, coordinates connectivity with the King of Prussia office and continues to strengthen and develop relationships in the South Jersey market. |

A principal of Nave Newell, Jeremy is a professional engineer with more than 17 years experience in civil engineering and land development. Jeremy originally joined the firm in 1994 and spent 10 years with Nave Newell quickly rising from project engineer to director of civil engineering. After returning to Nave Newell in December 2006, Jeremy was named principal. Having also worked for one of the most respected builders in the area, he has a unique perspective and provides us with the ability to fully appreciate our clients’ wants and needs. Jeremy coordinates our survey department procedures and current business processes to provide efficiency and the highest quality product for our clients. Jeremy is also working with the other principals to educate our clients and to promote the automation group and their newest technology, high definition laser scanning. |
