A founding principal of Nave Newell, Greg continues to maintain an active presence in the firm; setting the strategic direction, overseeing operations and managing significant projects. Throughout his 25 years in the land development industry, Greg has developed a skilled proficiency at facilitating the township approval and permitting processes and built valued relationships with many local attorneys providing successful expert testimony. Since founding Nave Newell in 1992, his philosophy has remained; strive for the extraordinary as both a standard in design and service to clients. Greg’s knowledge of the new NPDES guidelines and relationships with state and local agencies has gained him respect within the industry. He has made a personal commitment to bridge the gap between the goals of the DEP while also maintaining economic sense for developers. Greg actively participates in the Legislative Action Committee and Stormwater Sub-Committee for the Home Builders Association of Chester & Delaware Counties. He is also a member of the Chester County Economic Development Council, Chester County Engineers and the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce which recently recognized him as the 2009 Entrepreneur of the Year.

Paul E. Lepard, Jr., RLA, ASLA Paul is a registered landscape architect with more than 20 years of experience in land planning, landscape architecture, zoning, expert testimony and land development approvals. Joining the firm in 1998 in the role of project manager, Paul quickly earned the title of director of land planning and landscape architecture services, a department he cultivated to provide value added service to Nave Newell’s clients. Currently, Paul serves as principal and director of operations for Nave Newell closely managing daily operations of the firm, providing oversight on development projects and utilizing his intimate knowledge of the local land development process to ensure the clients success and provide them with the most value for their money. A member of the American Society of Landscape Architects and the American Planning Association, Paul also teaches Landscape Engineering at Temple University.

As director of civil engineering, Tim is a professional engineer with over 21 years of civil engineering and management experience, specializing in design for multi-sector clients including transit authorities, government agencies, city departments, municipalities and private sector clients. He has developed an expertise working closely with some of the firm’s largest institutional clients implementing site improvements for long term campus master plan projects. Tim has successfully taken on a business development role for Nave Newell, building relationships and effectively communicating Nave Newell’s commitment to providing extraordinary standards in both design and service. He has helped expand the firm’s network of clientele both in traditional markets and new, expanding markets. Tim has been instrumental in the growth of Nave Newell’s high-definition survey services, educating clients on the applications and benefits of integrating this technology into their projects to save time and money. Tim is a member of the Chester County Commercial–Industrial Investment Council and frequently attends meetings with Urban Land Institute, General Building Contractors Association, International Council of Shopping Center and the Homebuilders Association to remain at the forefront of market trends and regulatory changes.

Jim is a professional land surveyor with 25 years of field and office experience, and expertise in surveying, project management, construction layout and boundary resolution. The combination of his expert surveying skills, intimate understanding of the land development process and extensive management experience allow him to lead his team to produce accurate, cost-effective surveys in a timely manner. Jim has also been a key to the success of Nave Newell’s 3D laser scanning and high-definition survey services. He leads the laser scanning team to provide clients with highly accurate field data and quality deliverables for their building and transportation infrastructure projects. His QA/QC has resulted in efficient design and a reduction of schedule and construction costs for clients. As director of land surveying, Jim's experience and the department's full land surveying capabilities give Nave Newell the advantage of recommending the best, most cost efficient survey approaches for projects. Jim is also a member of the Pennsylvania Society of Professional Land Surveyors.
