Sustainability is a significant element in our team’s site planning and design approach and benefits both our clients and the environment.  Nave Newell has LEED® accredited professionals that recommend the appropriate sustainable design principles and incorporate low-impact stormwater development (LID) on the projects we design.  These design strategies may include rain gardens, bioretention facilities, green roofs and permeable pavements. As a result, our clients meet LEED® certification requirements for their project.
