Parc Plymouth Meeting
Plymouth Township, Montgomery County, PA
This 20-acre site is a suburban retreat for its residents who seek luxury, convenience, and an abundance of high-end amenities. The developer and the project team worked closely with the Township to develop a new zoning ordinance that allows a trade-off for the incorporation of green and sustainable design techniques for a project of this magnitude. The resulting 398-unit apartment community is 45% green space, features aesthetically pleasing stormwater Best Management Practices (BMPs) throughout the site and a walking trail along the site perimeter for residents to enjoy.
Nave Newell provided civil engineering support for the $77 million development, which is a joint venture of Brandywine Realty Trust and Toll Brothers. Services included locating and verifying volumes for all basins and rain gardens and site visits during critical stages of stormwater construction. Construction Administration work also involved coordination for utilities.
