Nave Newell worked with Seritage Growth Properties, Darden Restaurants, and Bloomin’ Brands to redevelop the former Sears Auto Center at the King of Prussia Mall into two full service restaurants and a retail space. Elaborate design work was required to convert the 20,000 sf of unused space, including the installation of ADA compliant site features, the provision of multiple grease interceptors, the relocation of eight gas meters, and the relocation of a public fire hydrant. Nave Newell also coordinated local site plan approvals for the work. Nave Newell successfully coordinated with three separate design teams, from California to Illinois to Pennsylvania, in order to add two new and exciting restaurants to the already-booming King of Prussia Mall.
