Since the mid-90’s, Nave Newell has provided land development services for over 100 new store projects in PA, NJ, DE & MD with the company’s retail concept featuring expanded sites, larger convenience stores and gas stations.

For most new construction projects, Nave Newell facilitates the township approval process, coordinating the development and presentation of site plan designs with attorneys, land planners, traffic consultants and other professionals involved in a project. Sensitivity to specific community concerns is incorporated in the land planning scheme and reflected in sophisticated presentation materials for consideration by neighbors and township authorities.

In recent years, our work with Wawa has focused on evaluations and renovations to improve their existing stores. Nave Newell has been repeatedly selected to complete ADA evaluations, ADA improvement plans, and minor site improvements at over 250 existing stores and several new stores.
