Nave Newell worked with Charter Homes + Neighborhoods to complete Phase II of the Heritage Strasburg 55+ active adult community, made up of 64 age-restricted single-family units. This neighborhood also includes preserved green space and walking trails that lead directly to historic downtown Strasburg Borough. 

Nave Newell revised the design and layout of the site to eliminate rear access alleys and incorporate front entry garages and submitted the project for land development approvals. Nave Newell value engineered the vertical site design to eliminate on-site retaining walls and reduce rock excavation required which saved the client $1 million in construction costs. Assisting Charter with an NPDES permit renewal, they were able to stay grandfathered to the original conditions and obtain a 5-yr permit.
