Nave Newell worked with our client on the development of a 2.12-acre site for a 23,000 sf building that included a distribution warehouse, office space, and a product showroom. The project included land surveying, zoning support, engineering design and securing subdivision and land development approvals. During the first phase, our planners and surveyors obtained the necessary subdivision approval to adjust the boundary line between two existing parcels to make both parcels developable. Nave Newell engineers designed the site improvements and obtained the necessary zoning relief and land development approvals required to get the project to construction. Nave Newell also helped our client maintain their schedule by assisting with a construction issue that arose involving an encroachment from a neighboring property owner.
