What’s Next for the Great Valley Corporate Center?

Nave Newell is currently working with Liberty Property Trust on a mixed-use redevelopment project that dramatically changes the Great Valley Corporate Center. Known as a place of business for 35 years, this transformation plans to meet the needs of today’s professionals with a live, work, play development. The site is planned to create a walkable community that is vibrant 7 days a week.

About the Project

Located on 40 acres, the project may include as much as 1.9 million sf including 750,000 sf of office space, two 300-unit luxury apartment buildings, a parking garage, hotel, retail and community space. Ultimately, this project will create a thriving new mixed-use community that fits well into the surrounding 202 corridor. 

Our Work

Nave Newell has provided due diligence support, a sewer analysis, survey, site feasibility and master planning analysis, zoning ordinance amendment support, and land development approvals. Our engineers have incorporated creative SWM initiatives into the ordinance amendment to assist with increasing the allowable coverage on the site. The project has received Master Plan approval and Phase 1 preliminary plans are currently under review.  Liberty Property Trust anticipates starting construction sometime in 2018.
